Hypnobabies Course Outline

As you'll see below - Hypnobabies offers a fully comprehensive childbirth education / prenatal class curriculum. Some people still sometimes wonder if it would be useful to take another course in conjunction with Hypnobabies. The short answer on this is no.
Essentially, not only would it be a waste of time/money/effort but it can also negatively affect your results.

Just to be very clear - I personally know of several ah-mazing prenatal class options (& Instructors) in the Lower Mainland. This isn't about any one program being better than another but rather about the way the mind works (& about getting the best results possible!)
